Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide 48 hours or more notice to avoid penalty.

Cancellation Fees and General Conditions

• We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee. An appointment confirmation request will be emailed to you five days before your appointment. This is a good time to confirm or cancel your appointment. If you cancel within less than 48 hours of your appointment time, half of the full consultation fee ($120) will be charged and cannot be claimed through Medicare. It is payable within one week of the cancelled appointment, or before your next appointment. Future appointments will be postponed until payment has been made.

• No shows will be charged the full fee of $240.

• The fee may be waived if extenuating circumstances or an emergency has occurred, however this will be assessed on a case by case basis.

• If you have cancelled three appointments in a row, we will contact you to determine whether you are still interested in attending therapy. If we do not hear back, we may cancel your future appointments.
